Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maximize profitability. Mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume bar or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
