Global FM Procurement Lead, Key Responsibilities: FM Procurement Leadership:

Spearhead and manage global procurement initiatives for hard and soft FM services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability goals. Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that deliver cost efficiencies and service excellence across diverse geographies. Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of four procurement professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic insights and influencing key decisions in FM procurement. Contract Negotiation:

Oversee and negotiate complex contracts with FM service providers, ensuring optimal outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and compliance.

Global FM Procurement Lead, Required Background and Qualifications: FM Procurement Expertise:

Extensive experience in global FM procurement, including both hard and soft services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value contracts. Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a procurement team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment. Strategic Vision:

Strong strategic sourcing and category management expertise, with a focus on delivering value across multiple regions. Stakeholder Influence:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic procurement decisions. Education and Certification:

Relevant qualifications in procurement and supply chain management (CIPS or equivalent) are highly desirable.
