Chef The Anchor is looking to recruit a Chef who has experience in high volume, high performance kitchens who is looking to make the next step in their career with our head Chef Jordan Mallory. Full time position, working week Wednesday to Sunday, weekend work is an essential part of this position Duties & Responsibilities as a Chef Assist & Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen Assisting with the ordering of, close management of stock & labour efficiency Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to Competent & confident in training new staff Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques As a Chef, in return you will receive: Competitive salary depending on experience Two days off a week 28 days holiday Free food on shift Experience preferred for Chef: Chef - 1 year (Preferred) The is a train station near to us and also car parking (depending on availability) TPBN1_UKCT
