Elevate Flexible Resourcing is seeking 5 PQE Commercial lawyers for a 3-to-6 months interim contract, starting in two weeks to cover for their various customers' Legal Department.
Commercial transactional legal experience within the TMT Industry would be a bonus.
You will provide commercial legal support and advice, primarily for the Commercial team that covers customer-facing units.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate in England + Wales.
- Experience working on a variety of commercial contracts.
- Experience with e-commerce business models, SaaS contracting, and data protection issues looked on favorably.
- Sound contract drafting skills and experience in face-to-face negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to be able to work independently and lead support and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders as part of a wider business team (including procurement, program managers and briefing to leadership)
- Consistency: Use the standard systems, processes, guidance, and templates available in each practice area.
- Horizon scan and keep your legal knowledge up to date; ensure colleagues are kept up to date.
- Support senior lawyers and legal directors in delivering consistent performance management.
