Housing Manager (Part Time)

Our client is a housing provider who are currently looking for a Housing Manager, to join their team on a Part Time Basis in South Shields, Tyne and Wear The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a similar position, possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. As a Housing Manager you will be monitoring the residents, dealing with any calls or alerts as well as maintaining the building safety. Due to the nature of the role, own transport is essential. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences: Demonstrable experience in a similar position Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to 'think on your feet' Be a strong team player Ability to problem solve Be computer literate Flexible working times Full UK Driving License and own transport is essential Your duties as a Housing Manager will include: Day to day management of the accommodation service Health and safety checks Dealing with calls and visits Consistent communication (verbal and written) with the residents Building maintenance checks and housekeeping Salary: £24,500 per annum (Pro-Rata) Hours: 20 – 25 hours per week, including weekends Location: South Shields, Tyne and Wear Start Date: ASAP
