Rare opportunity for a recently qualified Accountant to move into the field of Corporate Finance or for an existing CF professional to join a sizeable and growing team. A friendly and hard working team that benefits from a range of work in NI, the UK and Ireland. Significant support offered to those coming from another area such as Audit, general Practice etc. Great opportunity to get into this exciting field Healthcare package Clearly presented progression path About You Fully qualified accountant Experience in Corporate Finance desirable but not essential Genuine interest in building your career in CF and a appetite for/clear ability to communicate well with clients About your new role Always Performing due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions Working on a variety of projects such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Investments, Raising of capital etc Often Developing Financial Models Conducting Financial Analysis on a variety of transactions Occasionally Attending training courses both in-house and externally Playing a role in identifying opportunities for the firm and potential acquisition/merger opportunities for clients Never Auditing Spending two weeks at an Industrial estate in Birmingham Interested?
