The successful candidate will be instrumental from project conception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards are met. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Fit-Out & MEP Projects to exceptional standards - Chair meetings, drive outcomes, and ensure accurate record-keeping - Liaise with designers, estimating, and commercial teams - Understand client requirements, technical specifications, and project needs - Manage project risks and ensure procedural conformity - Drive project programmes, foresee potential issues, and react proactively - Prepare and present progress reports - Ensure compliance with HSEQ best practices and company standards Essential Skills and Experience - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Main Contractor role - Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects - Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fit-Out package delivery - Excellent communication and time management skills - Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts - Full driving licence and valid CSCS card - IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS qualification Desirable Attributes - Enhanced management training - Degree educated - First Aid trained - Technical author experience Location Requirement Candidates must reside within a 40-mile radius or a 1-hour commute of Warrington.
