Production Operative

Temporary Production Operators Location: Cheltenham We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to fill temporary production operator positions. Key Responsibilities of a Temporary Production Operators * Operate production machinery and equipment as per safety and quality guidelines. * Inspect and monitor products to ensure compliance with standards. * Maintain a clean and organised work area. * Assist in packaging and labelling finished products. * Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. * Follow health and safety protocols. Key Skills of a Temporary Production Operators * Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred but not required). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to lift and stand for extended periods. * Willingness to work various shifts. * Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
