What you will be doing?

• How quickly can you find out if something does not work? That is the obsession we want you to have as our performance marketing lead. Ideally, you also know how to double down on what works.
• As you can tell from this JD we don't mind testing creative copy so neither should you for our ads. Obsessives around hook/hold rate need only apply.
• Data > Vibes when it comes to tracking and reporting. Think of all the key measurables like RoAS, CAC, and funnel breakdowns.

Now that we have your attention here is a checklist before clicking apply:

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing business.
• Certification/qualification/accreditation on a Meta or Google marketing channel.
• Track record growing users for a B2C product-based company.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Preset, or Metabase.
• Excellent English to C2/Native level across reading and writing. Bonus if you are also a speaker of French, Swahili, or another language spoken widely in Africa.
• App Store and Search Engine Optimization knowledge.
