Diary Coordinator Medway Salary: Up to £28k No Weekends - Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm Are you a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with exceptional organisational skills? Are you looking to work in a fast-paced environment? if yes, this role maybe for you! You will be supporting the success different department to ensure work is scheduled correctly and delivered within set targets. Our client is recruiting for a Dairy Coordinator for the smooth running of the department. As a Dairy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the diary for all call outs, remedials, and maintenance visits, ensuring work is planned by priority and executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Schedule new and renewed maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery Manage the diary, resolving any cancellations or changes efficiently Liaise with engineers regarding overtime availability and optimise their skill sets for relevant jobs Monitor Service Department schedules, ensuring resources are utilised effectively Coordinate engineers' appointments and support day-to-day engineering requirements Collaborate with numerous internal colleagues to meet KPI deadlines Maintain communication across the business to maximise cost savings and operational efficiencies Carry out general administration duties, including data entry and responding to emails and calls Provide assistance to the Service Support Team and work towards achieving department targets You will need: Previous experience in a similar role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding position with a vibrant team, we would love to hear from you.
