We havean excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced and growing Profit Protection Team!
This role is based at our Support Centre, Speke, Liverpool and is fully-based on site.As a Profit Protection Analyst, you will be responsible for utilising in place systems to analyse Point of Sale data to ascertain internal theft. To be successful, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Central Profit Protection Manager on the day-to-day activities of the Control Room.
- Utilising the IntelliQ Data Mining Platform to identify internal dishonesty.
- Using CCTV systems to view transactions and identify fraudulent activity.
- Assisting in evidence gathering for internal investigations.
- Resolving queries/requests from Profit Protection Managers.
- Population of spreadsheets for internal reports and reporting on productivity.
- General office support as and when required.
The Skills/Experience required are:
- Ideally someone with a Retail or Security background, although not essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to build strong relationships with managers and supervisors.
- Good time management and able to work at speed.
