Join our client at an exciting stage of it’s growth journey and become a key player in launching a new, innovative product in the employee recognition space. New Product Launch: Lead the sales effort for our cutting-edge employee recognition product and play a pivotal role in its market success. Sales Process Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from outreach and presentations to closing deals. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with external marketing and design agencies to create high-impact sales materials. Track key sales metrics and provide insights to senior management. 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, Fintech or employee engagement solutions. Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines and close deals with SMEs and enterprise clients. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive proposals. Experience with tools like Hubspot, Cognism, or other sales outreach tools is a plus.
