Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager for a new build RC frame 25 storey tower of 100+ luxury residences in Battersea. Reporting to the scheme’s Project Director, the successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of 10, delivering construction from foundations and frame to facade, fit-out and finishes. Candidate Essentials * 15+ years’ experience delivering high rise residential developments in London. * BSc Civ Eng, NVQ7 or BSc Construction Management. * SMSTS, Black CSCS. * Experience of managing construction teams over six strong. With an appointment anticipated in November, interviews are available from w/c 28th October and salary is a competitive £80k to £100k + package
