Location: Lewes
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role
As the driving force behind Chailey Heritage Foundation corporate and major donor strategy, you'll:
- Help shape ambitious targets and strategies.
- Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors.
- Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects
- Identify new opportunities through research and networking.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
- Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
They need someone who can think big and act boldly:
- A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets.
- Experience of managing a six figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans
- Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results.
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated.

- Member of the Institute of Fundraising
