Head of Quality Assurance and Responsible Individual CIW Domiciliary Care Cardiff, We are looking to appoint an experienced care professional into this newly created role to head up and oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance and hold the position of responsibility with CIW as the Responsible Individual for this hugely successful, and well-established Domiciliary Care company in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Providing an excellent first-class service to older people in their homes throughout Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, we are looking to speak to candidates with a proven track record, and solid experience and knowledge of CIW standards and inspections. Over the years the business has gone from strength to strength and the current owners are looking to bolster their management team and continue to improve standards to help and support the continued growth of the business. Successful candidates must have: * Proven experience as a Responsible Individual (RI) or Registered Manager (RM) in a domiciliary care setting. * QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults). * A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. * Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and best practices in the domiciliary care sector.
