About the Key stage 3 Teacher Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 3 Teacher to join one of our partnered, thriving SEN school in the Southwark borough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team in a school that prides itself on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

Key stage 3 Teacher - Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of Key Stage 3 pupils
* Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and families to create tailored learning experiences
* Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting your teaching strategies to support individual learning styles
* Provide a nurturing and structured environment that promotes both academic and personal development
About You:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent/ Experienced unqualified
* Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a secondary setting
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
* A flexible and empathetic approach to teaching, with a focus on inclusion
* A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
