Ideal Candidate: A degree in English, English Literature, or a related discipline (with a recognised teaching qualification preferred) QTS. Experience in teaching English or related subjects, whether through previous roles or student teaching placements. A passion for literature and a commitment to helping students discover their own voice and perspective. Strong organizational skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
