Position: SEMH Teacher Location: Barnet Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for secondary-aged students with SEMH needs. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Implement strategies to support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Work collaboratively with other staff members. Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH needs. Strong understanding of strategies and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
