Seamstress/Tailor Salary – £12 to £15 per hour depending on experience Location – Pinner, Middlesex For over a decade, our specialist, clothing and garment client have provided a comprehensive tailoring service from their premises in Pinner, near Harrow, in Middlesex. Due to growth, they are looking for a skilled Seamstress or Tailor to join their team. Applicants must have experience in high-end clothing and have a solid understanding of how to work with different types of fabrics, knowing the technology of a garment. Strong hand stitching skills is a must as the main focus is bespoke tailoring. * Experience in tailoring for made-to-measure and ready-to-wear * Ability to sew and hand stitch to an exceptionally high standard * Understand the needs and requirements of the customer and fitting experience * Work on all types of materials including denim, silk and leather * Be able to make alterations * Replacing zips on trousers, jackets and other garments * A good team member and able to work in a fast-paced environment There are both full and part time opportunities with an immediate start available.
