Our client, Mi-Voice - Democracy Technology Ltd was launched in 2006 to develop secure voting technology to drive digital democracy and make voting more accessible. They are trusted experts in providing voting services to various organisations in the UK and overseas, including professional bodies, associations, charities, unions, NHS Trusts, political parties and educational establishments. They are also proud to be a UK Government Approved Independent Scrutineer, supporting trade unions with their balloting and election requirements.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a confident and personable Junior Account Manager to join their team in Southampton, Hampshire. You will be responsible for managing election requirements for their clients, ensuring success of their voting processes, providing client support, contributing to increasing turnout and reducing costs through available services.
Junior Account Manager , the role:
Client Relationship Management
Project Coordination and Delivery
Reporting and Documentation
Sales and Account Management Support
Customer Service
Junior Account Manager , the person:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferably a bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Political Science, or related field
Desirable:
Experience in client management or account management is a plus
Knowledge of voting processes and election management is desirable
