Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join their growing construction team in Crewe. As the Working Site Foreman, you ll play a key role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day tasks and adjusting plans as needed.
• Managing the on-site team and subcontractors, ensuring everything is organised and on schedule.
• Overseeing health and safety, providing training, and making sure everyone is working safely.
• Keeping management updated on project status and ensuring work is completed within budget and on time.
• Working hands-on as needed, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Communicating with clients and making sure they re happy with progress.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.

What You ll Need to Succeed
To hit the ground running as the Working Site Foreman, you ll need -

• Experience managing teams and projects, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred).
• At least 5 years experience in Civils & Groundworks, with an up-to-date CSCS card
• A full valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work away from home when required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy and good IT skills.
