Claims Advisor

Ref: 726 Role: Claims Advisor Salary: £22,500 Located: Sheffield Hours:- Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm Our client is a seeking a Claims Handler to join their customer service team handling inbound and outbound enquiries. Benefits: * Company pension * On site parking * 20 days holiday + bank holidays * Sick Pay * Full training provided The role: * Handling inbound and outbound enquiries from customers * Offering administrative support with customers extended vehicle warranty claims. * Help customers locate and book into a suitable repairing garage. * Help repairers with the claims process The successful candidate: * Customer service experience * Ability to work as part of a close team * Experience in dealing with inbound calls could be advantageous. * Excellent communication skills.
