Site Manager

CSCS Carded, SMSTS Site Manager required on a Residential construction internal fit out construction site project. The length of the contract is at least 2 months, with the offer of ongoing work following this.

The contract is a residential refurbishment of a Church building looking after teams carrying out 1st and 2nd Fix duties.

Main duties:

• The daily running of site
• Looking after teams carrying out 1st and 2nd Fix duties.
• site inductions
• looking after and direction sub contractors
• maintaining health and safety
• keeping records of progress
• reporting back to contracts manager

Requirements:

• SMSTS Cert
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate
• min 5 years site manager experience
• be from a interior/refurbishment background
