The Role - Fire Protection Contract Manager: Project Management; Plan, execute, and monitor multiple passive fire protection projects Review project proposals, contracts Conduct regular site visits to inspect project progress and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards Stakeholder Management; Act as the primary point of contact for clients Compliance and Quality Assurance; Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standard of workmanship and passive fire protection systems Health and Safety; Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures Financial Management; Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial targets Continuous Improvement; Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project management and execution What we are looking for in an Fire Protection Contract Manage: 5 years experience in a contracts manager role Must be FIRAS, IFC or equivalent assessed - ESSENTIAL Proven experience in managing passive fire protection projects preferably in the construction industry Key skills or similar Job titles: Fire Protection, Passive Fire Protection, Contract Manager, Construction Contract Manager Commutable From: Leeds, Bradford, Yorkshire, Wakefield, For further information about this and other positions please apply now This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Recruit4staff (Wrexham) who are operating as a recruitment agency, agent, agencies, employment agency or employment business.
