SEN Teaching Assistant

A special needs school in Loughton for students with complex learning difficulties is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join them on a short-term basis. The school believes that each child deserves the best possible opportunities during their time there and has high expectations for their students to enable them to maximize their potential. The school aims to equip each individual who leaves with the skills they need to lead as fulfilled and independent an adult life as appropriate. The right LSA must come from a background of working with SLD and PMLD. You must have resilience and a passion for working with students with SEND. This role is on a temporary basis.
