Academics are currently working with a Primary School in the London Borough of Hillingdon looking to speak with experienced and hardworking School Attendance Officers to join the team as soon as possible.
Job Requirements
Updating pupil information on SIMS.
Record keeping of students progress/attendance.
General admin duties within the office team.
Greeting internal/external visitors into the school.
Strong IT and communication skills.
Person Specification
Previous School Attendance experience is essential.
Full right to work in the UK/DBS on the update service.
You will be expected to know how to use SIMs extremely well, to enable you to carry out your daily system functions with minimum support/training.
Be able demonstrate initiative and team working ability, and effectively communicate and coordinate with the team.
