DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY. They are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join their in-house Estates team. The post would suit someone who has experience in a supervisory/ team leader role with a background in a trade profession. The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision, taking responsibility for the maintenance team’s day to day workload. Working alongside the Estates Manager, they will champion H&S legislation and compliance within the Maintenance Team ensuring training, risk assessments and planned preventative maintenance tasks are kept up to date. The role will also entail proactively managing your own workload in completing general maintenance reactive works as well as helping out the wider team. Your hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30 – 16.00, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Uniform, tools and lunch are provided.
