Technical Manager, Slough, West London Our client, one of the fastest growing developers, is currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to work on a 450 unit RC framed scheme between West London and Berkshire. This is a new development incorporating well designed homes and apartments. Founded over 50 years ago, this developer has a reputation for building homes with character and of high quality. This role would suit Technical Managers with previous residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or Design Managers working on residential schemes. However, experienced Technical Co-ordinators looking for the next step will also be considered for this opportunity if they have worked on all stages of the development process. Candidates must have a construction, engineeing or design related qualification.
