Credit Control Supervisor

Are you an experienced Credit Control Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Our client is offering a unique opportunity to join their Finance department at their Head Office in Lichfield. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient debt collection processes and overseeing the Credit Control team.

• Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00
• Salary: Competitive

The Role:

The Credit Control Supervisor will:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure efficient debt collection
• Support and coordinate the Credit Control team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve disputes promptly
• Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness
• Liaise with solicitors and use legal avenues for debt collection
• Provide monthly reports and reviews with the Finance Director

The Candidate:

The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will have:

• Experience in a Credit Control or debt collection environment
• Excellent knowledge of Credit Control procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
• Ability to analyse data and work on own initiative
• Leadership skills and commercial awareness
