Warehouse Supervisor

M4 Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to work for our Client based near Witney, Oxfordshire Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 (Some Flexibility Required) - no working Bank Holidays Position As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and logistics. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, optimising processes, and meeting organisational goals. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and receipts. * Enforce safety procedures and protocols. * Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilisation. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. * Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: * Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role. * Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
