Production Supervisor

Hello, My client is a long established successful specialist manufacturing engineering SME serving customers in high reliability sectors. They are currently in need of a Production Supervisor to join their team in Croydon. ROLE: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the GFD (Gas Filled Detectors) department and leading a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, meeting production targets and optimising processes to maximise efficiency.
