We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in our food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on efficient inventory management, food safety compliance, and team leadership to ensure the smooth handling of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, manage FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.).
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate logistics with production and delivery teams.
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
• Manage warehouse budgets and control costs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and vehicle fleet management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and inventory management tools.
