Senior Specialist, Customer Service (Greek Language)

Hobson Prior is seeking a Greek-speaking Senior Specialist for a Customer Service role in a pharmaceutical company. This role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, handling billing and account inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for data analysis and preparation, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with Global Distribution Practices. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax. Inform customers about product quality issues or recalls. Monitor all open orders/deliveries until completion. Handle exceptions, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate when necessary. Understand customer qualification market specifics and provide support for the customer qualification process. Perform audit control report review and escalate any potential deficiency. Key Skills & Requirements: Fluent in Greek. Experience in customer service and logistics is beneficial. Ability to use SAP (SD module) and other Customer Service applications. Advanced knowledge and use of Office productivity tools. Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems, with limited guidance. Quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize work and plan long term activity schedule.
