You will help us develop, sell and deliver our Associate (Contingent/Flexible) hiring solution across the UK management consultancy sector. What you will be doing: Solution development - Building an industry-leading Associate hiring solution underpinned by high-quality collateral, contracts, and sourcing, selection and communications systems and tools Relationship-based sales - You will be an individual contributor and a self-starter, investing in building your network and reputation. You will sell our Associate hiring solution to new and existing consulting clients. This will involve sales outreach and account management Delivering the very best Associate consulting talent across a client base made up of growing management consultancies Collaborate with peers across the business to support business growth Skills, Experience and Mindset required: You may be an experienced contract recruiter with an in depth understanding of the UK PSC contractor recruitment market. Experience of recruiting Associates into consulting or contractors into professional services would be ideal We are also very happy to consider Resourcing Manages from management consultancies with experience setting up and/or running Associate networks You will bring a deep understanding of IR35 and it's application in a management consultancy You will be experienced in every aspect of contractor recruitment from sourcing and screening to contracting and managing a network of contract resources You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others Do what's right for our clients and the candidates we interact with.
