About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced People and Recruitment Advisor to oversee the daily operations of our HR Department. This role involves advising on best practices for recruitment and retention, as well as handling general HR duties.
As the primary contact for all recruitment activities, you will guide hiring managers on interview techniques, assist in writing job descriptions and manage the onboarding process for new employees. Additionally, you will handle employee relations and performance management, ensuring consistent policy application and prompt, reliable resolution of queries.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. If you are passionate about connecting people with opportunities and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply.

Excellent organisational skills
Strong sense of confidentiality

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will ideally have CIPD level 3-5
