Location Anywhere - Rather than having a fixed office location, we are proud to run a Remote Working Model which allows us to; reduce our carbon footprint, be flexible around our client's needs, set up to work anywhere, improve our team's quality of life, recruit the best talent without location restrictions, offer greater value to clients Job Description We are looking for an  Operations Manager  to support our Client Services team on live events, ensuring full end-to-end delivery on production and operations on various scale projects while also managing all internal operational duties including heading up the operations for our exclusive Deliveroo sampling channel, onboarding suppliers and negotiating costs while supporting the wider team with any operational needs.  IDEAL CANDIDATE Significant operational experience in planning and managing events Confidence to work autonomously on operational tasks Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks/projects Ability to forward think and anticipate potential issues and problems to prevent them from occurring  Ability to problem solve and be creative with finding appropriate solutions, often in time-pressured situations  Knowledge and experience of managing H&S, necessary licenses, etc. Strong relationship building to ensure that we can onboard the best suppliers  ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY ADMINISTRATION Attend weekly meetings/calls Set up supplier meetings and site visits when necessary Write and update any key supplier briefs Write and manage online supplier portals, with key event information and deadlines, site rules, and H&S documents and share login details with all suppliers  Send out any key reminders to suppliers leading up to events, including key deadlines, induction details, note changes and site rules, etc. Supporting the wider team with any operational requirements MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing the operation of specific event aspects, supporting the account manager/s with operational aspects of events  Management of suppliers onsite FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Obtaining quotes -  Obtain quote comparisons where possible Negotiating and procurement of suppliers  Raising POs and allocating were instructed by the Account Director SITE SERVICES Be the lead on all rechargeable site services Owner of the spreadsheet to record this information and liaise with the relevant team members on ordering required services Liaise with the Account team to invoice the relevant parties  HEALTH AND SAFETY (H&S) Be the lead contact for collating all H&S documents from suppliers Oversee H&S documents are received by the Health and Safety advisor Manage the online H&S spreadsheet to ensure all documents have been received before key deadlines set by councils etc. Ensure that all H&S documents are easily accessible if required onsite ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Liaising with internal departments (finance) Supplier visits and quality control checks Confident in learning new programs, to manage finances OTHER Driving License 3+ years of experience in a similar role Proficiency with Google Docs Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask
