Role: IT Support Engineer

Join an IT Support Team of 3 in a fast-growing technology company. ??

You will be responsible for working through tickets from internal users, providing a mix of 1st and 2nd line support.
You will also complete project based work and gain exposure to both AWS and Azure.
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Microsoft Windows 11 experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Skilled in laptop automation and configuration
- Experience diagnosing and fixing network issues
