UK Company Secretary

My client is a renowned financial services company looking to hire a UK Company Secretary into their team. This person will lead a team of two individuals and will be responsible for spearheading the Corporate Governance function in the UK. There will also be a great deal of interaction with the other European offices so no two days will be the same. The role will be best suited for an established Company Secretary coming from a financial services background but a stellar candidate who is an experienced Deputy will also be considered.
