Responsibilities:


The Human Resources Contractual Advisor has primary responsibility for supporting the European Human Resources Director. This is a multi-location role, supporting our employees currently located in the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK on a full-time basis. System management administration, initiating and monitoring European process including the implications of Brexit/ Covid compliance, general administration for the Consultancy team, and giving support to the HR Director.

This role requires an individual who is organized, able to priorities their workload, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines. Good communication skills and coordination skills to successfully liaise with our suppliers. Good telephone techniques, excellent negations skills are a key requirement of this role. A good understanding of employment law, immigration compliance, GDPR, and general HR compliance is a must for this role.

The chosen candidate would currently reside in the HR arena, looking to further their career with at least 2-3 years plus of experience in providing HR advice and support. An ability to speak other European languages and working towards a recognized HR certificate would be advantageous for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a pro-active and intuitive attitude to their work; you will be expected to manage your own workload, though support and advice will always be available when needed. You should be confident in working with high volumes of data and databases and show flexibility when managing your workload. This position is based in our UK office on a full-time basis, however working from home on occasions will be granted on a flexible basis.


Reporting to European Human Resources Director


Activities:


Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of all processes associated but not limited to ownership, management, facilitation of European contracts of employment end to end


· Defining, sourcing resolutions, and seeking authorization where applicable

· Maintaining the essential fundamentals of each contract

· Checking data sources for complete accuracy

· Updating and owning the process documentation

· Coordinate, communicate, with manager and employees

· Maintain and updating master documents and systems

· Facilitate, a plethora of different contractual requirements, agency, fixed term, permanent and European contracts.

· Administer contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

· Studying the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations

· Implement all contracts end to end in a timely manor

· Maintain, updating and improving contractual records

Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of associated processes for new starters and leavers.

Processes include but are not limited to:

· Collecting data organizing with internal departments

· Contacting third party supplier’s dependent on country

· Monitoring the return of required documentation

· Coordinate, communicate, with managers and employees

· Securely storing data

· Managing fixed term contract probation and contract end dates


Other duties


· Administrative support to employee’s field queries

· Health and Safety and Fire Safety requirements at our UK and Spanish offices.

· Monitor probation periods, immigration visa end dates, GDPR, and internal training requirements.

· Third-party supplier benefit schemes by country

· Office coordination as and when required

· Occasional event coordination

· Data input for contract HR purposes

· Occasional travel within the UK and Europe

· Occasional holiday cover for administrative activities for the European Human Resources Director

· Any other activities as required by the European Human Resources Director

· Proficient user of Microsoft Word/Excel/ Email/ PowerPoint.

· Able to travel on an occasional basis.

· Licensed driver with access to a vehicle preferred.


Desirable Experience:


· Experience of working in a HR or People based role

· Recognised qualification in HR

· Experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines

· Experience of working in a digital/tech sector beneficial

· A good solid background in contractual delivery

· Ability to speak other European languages would be beneficial
