HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to drive health, safety and environmental compliance on our FMCG manufacturing facility based in the North West . The successful candidate will manage, develop, and implement HSE objectives to ensure a safe working environment. Description The HSE Manager will form a crucial part of the senior leadership team and will: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures Conducting regular safety audits and inspections Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislations Providing HSE training to staff and maintaining training records Investigating any HSE incidents and implementing corrective actions Reporting on HSE performance to senior management Managing relationships with external HSE bodies and stakeholders Reduce sites waste and environmental impact Develop and drive the EH&S plan for the site in pursuit of HSE Profile The successful HSE Manager will possess a range of the following: Professional HSE qualifications, ideally NEBOSH and IMEA Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food advantageous) Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation A strong understanding of UK/EU Health, Safety & Environment legislations within a manufacturing environmentJob Offer A competitive package of £60,000 to £70,000 per year plus 10% bonus A supportive work environment with a strong focus on employee safety and wellbeing The opportunity to work in a global FMCG companyDon't miss this opportunity to make a significant impact in a global company while advancing your career.
