Hospice Director
Salary: £68,000 - £75,000
Are you a compassionate and driven leader with a passion for delivering excellence in palliative care? Do you have experience managing large healthcare operations with a focus on achieving positive outcomes? We are looking for a Hospice Director to join our client's team and lead the delivery of exceptional care for patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
Nursing qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
Proven experience in managing large healthcare operations, with a track record of delivering excellence and positive outcomes.
Strong experience within a hospice setting and in-depth knowledge of palliative care.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and energise teams, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes.
Positive energy, a passion for the work we do, and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall management and operations of the hospice, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Oversee the delivery of palliative care services, ensuring patients receive compassionate, patient-centred care that aligns with organisation's core values.
Drive operational excellence by managing staff, resources, and budgets effectively, with a focus on delivering positive clinical and financial outcomes.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment, inspiring and supporting staff to meet the needs of patients, families, and the broader community.
Build relationships with healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and the community to further develop the hospice's reach and impact.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards within the hospice sector, maintaining accreditation and licenses.
