Job Description Hospice Director Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 Are you a compassionate and driven leader with a passion for delivering excellence in palliative care? We are looking for a Hospice Director to join our client's team and lead the delivery of exceptional care for patients and their families. What We're Looking For: Nursing qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin Proven experience in managing large healthcare operations, with a track record of delivering excellence and positive outcomes. Strong experience within a hospice setting and in-depth knowledge of palliative care. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and energise teams, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes.
