Location: South West England, Gloucestershire, Cheltenham

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £40000 - £53000 Per annum

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Full UK Driving Licence

A quality focused, multi-award winning Housing Developer based in the South Midlands are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

Job Description Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts

Required Qualifications:

• Valid SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

• Prior experience in traditional new build housing projects
• 2+ years experience of PLC house building processes

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
