Supervisor - Paint Technician (Weekend) You will led a small team of Paint Technicians within a prestige automotive manufacturing business. The business has a strong focus on high level of quality service and delivery, within strict timescales, whilst adhering to H&S on site. Experience needed * Previous experience as a Paint Technician is essential * Ability to lead a small team, develop train and mentor your team * Daily management of team including attendance * Drive quality standards and key KPI's * Strong attention to detail Role * Friday to Sunday * 12midday to 12midnight * Enhanced Holiday Entitlement – 33 days inc. bank holidays (pro rata) * Career Development * Salary inc Car and Shift Allowance circa £36K * Pension * Life cover * Sick Pay Mach are acting as an agent for this role
