Leading the team to deliver the municipal contract in line with the methodology and specifications defined in the company's tender submission, including the tendered service transformation for street cleansing and recycling and waste collections to be implemented 3 months post commencement of the contract. Creating and enacting a detailed and specific mobilisation plan whilst developing and maintaining relations with key stakeholders both externally and internally. Managing the sourcing and purchasing of resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to the best effect to ensure a smooth contract transition and commencement. Overseeing the transfer in and induction of incumbent personnel and ensuring their uploading onto the Veolia Workday system whilst prioritising the wellbeing of our people and service to our customers and communities post-commencement. Ensuring the compilation of and compliance with the VMR standard, supporting assurance checks and improvement planning to enhance contract performance and customer service. Providing frequent and informative updates on mobilisation progress to the General Manager. What we're looking for; Degree educated or equivalent work experience. Experience of managing safety related issues. IOSH qualification is preferable. Experience of working with local authority clients. Relevant experience within the waste industry or a similar field. Experience of dealing with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management, including clients, contractors and members of the public.
