Quantity Surveyor

Clearfield Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a multi award-winning main contractor who are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for an ASAP start. You will be working on a diverse range of projects across London, covering the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Manage cost planning and control throughout all project stages * Prepare and analyse project budgets and cost reports * Conduct detailed risk and value management assessments * Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors * Monitor and manage procurement processes and contract administration * Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards Qualifications and Experience: * A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors * Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project management * Proficiency in relevant software and technology * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * MRICS accreditation is desirable What's On Offer: * Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 * Opportunity to work on prestigious projects with a leading main contractor * A supportive and collaborative working environment * Continuous professional development and training * Comprehensive benefits package If this opportunity is of interest, and you have the required skill set, apply now
