An innovative, multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a robust network of offices across the UK, are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to enhance their dynamic Birmingham team. The Assistant Building Surveyors' role The Assistant Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and creative culture, joining a supportive team of 10 in Birmingham. The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support on projects both locally and internationally across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, education, sports, leisure, hospitality, tech & industrial. As well as diverse project exposure, the Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from the chance to develop their professional experience, with a focus on services such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, party wall, defect analysis and expert witness. The Assistant Building Surveyor The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic and driven individual.
