The Role:

Market leading company in property asset management requires an individual to join its keystone Operations Department to provide vital support in ensuring the smooth functioning of the tasks managed within the team. The post holder will be required to work flexibly and conscientiously, in a rapidly developing office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the department manager in delivering key projects within a planned time frame. Reviewing title documents and completing the necessary due diligence for new acquisitions, financing and homeowner or solicitor queries, updating the in-house database with the correct information where necessary, and working to tight timescales. Produce reports from the in-house database and Excel and analyse the output to a high degree of accuracy, within tight timescales. Provide accurate reports to various internal departments and external professional advisers as required. Review and extract information from various sources including leases and the HM Land Registry website. Reconcile, identify and correct data discrepancies on our in-house database. Identify areas of inefficiency and collaborate with team members to design and implement new processes. Ensure these improvements align with company standards and monitor their effectiveness. Analyse current workflows to identify opportunities for automation, using appropriate software tools to reduce manual tasks. Test and optimize automated processes to maintain accuracy and reliability. Stay updated on technological advancements, assess their potential impact, and support the integration of new solutions. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and enhanced system capabilities

Person Specification:

Degree or similar qualification. At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. Experience in the property sector would be beneficial for this role. Able to show accuracy and speed when entering data into a database, and copying from written and oral sources. Strong knowledge of database management and process automation. Familiarity with the latest technology trends and products.
