Project Manager / Business Analyst – Investment Management / Real Estate

6 Month Contract

Our client is an Investment Management company based in Central London. They are setting up a new investment company to hold their real estate assets and require a Project Manager / Business Analyst to work directly for the COO.

The role will involve a broad range of tasks with a focus on core project management - plan creation and monitoring; risk/issue/dependency management; project governance.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in setting up investment entities with a full suite of operating capabilities.
• Able to identify gaps/ needs and proactively work through to resolve them. For example, identifying what functions are required and the optimal way to resource these (FTE, outsourced, etc).
• Engage with outsourced vendors for core functions including Finance and Tech.
• Experience with implementing function specific policies and standards.
• Experience in defining core operating models.
• Ability to define and map core processes such as capital calls and flow of funds would be advantageous.
• Property investment / Real Estate experience would be advantageous but not essential.
