Job DescriptionPosition: IT Business AnalystLocation: London or Cambridge Type: Full-timeOur client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team with a primary focus on digital delivery changes. You will work to deliver a range of services that support the business in IT enabled change. Also, you will be encouraged to help support the continual progression of the business analysis service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development and business changeUnderstand any business and policy constraints that need to be considered, and assess the implicationsUndertake analysis to understand how a business area works, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technologyTake ownership for improving your own knowledge of business analysis, methods and tools and play an active role within the BA practice and wider community in sharing knowledge and supporting other members.Required Experience:Business analysis: Multiple years experience working as an analyst, ideally with the majority of your focus being in digital transformation projects within Blue Chip businesses Requirement’s definition and management: You can identify, analyse, challenge, and validate business and user requirements. You can use appropriate requirements management life cycle methods to complete tasks and outputs related to the project.Stakeholder relationship management: You can identify, analyse, manage, and monitor relationships with and between internal and external stakeholdersBusiness process improvement: You can work with limited direction to identify opportunities to improve business performance within a defined projectExperience of collaborative working: You can work effectively and collaboratively alongside colleagues in a multidisciplinary team.Software Development Tools: Ideally experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps to manage and gather requirementsKey applications: Experience working on applications and tools such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Oracle) and subscription management (Zuora) About the CompanyA leader in industrial software, our client provides solutions to thousands of enterprises globally.
