URGENT! Java Developer (SC Cleared)

iO associates are delighted to be partnered with a Government Department in their search for an SC Cleared Senior Java Developer to join the team. * Please only apply if you have an Active SC Clearance * Start: ASAP Location: Occasional travel - Southwest England (with flexibility) Duration: 6 months Rate: £680 per day (Inside IR35) Essential Experience Highly proficient in Java & Python development Demonstrable knowledge of using Amazon AWS services including Lambda, EC2, VPC (networking) and experience of the AWS CodePipeline A working knowledge of implementing or supporting REST APIs using an API Management solution (e.g. WSO2, Apigee) and OpenAPI (Swagger) Definitions (We're experts by nature) Experience of taking requirements and producing either Low Level, or High Level designs and presenting them in a clear manner to different audiences Experience of working in a live service using DevOps & Agile processes Strong teamwork and communications skills Experience with some of the following tools: git / GitHub, Atlassian toolset, Maven, Java Frameworks, Junit, Jmeter Experience in writing both technical and user facing documentation We have interview slots for early next week.
